Sizzle Dining is Back

Sizzle Dining (Restaurant Week) is a month long, annual, community-driven event that celebrates the culinary landscape in both Lee and Collier Counties by offering prix-fixe meals to local residents and visitors. Held once a year, the event includes 125+ of the best restaurants from Sanibel down to Marco Island, and everywhere tasty in between! Showing support has never been so delicious!! For every Sizzle Dining meal purchased during the three-week event, each participating restaurant will donate $1.00 to helping

Blessings in a Backpack SWFL, a local 501c3 charity that feeds food-insecure elementary students every weekend during the school year.  Each of the participating restaurants will offer delicious 2-course lunches for either $19 or $29 and/or delectable 3-course prix fixe dinner menus for either $29, $39, or $49 (depending on location).

📊 Naples Real Estate Is Heating Up This Summer

The July 2026 numbers tell an encouraging story for the Naples, Florida housing market: buyers are active, inventory is tightening, and luxury real estate continues to show impressive strength.

🏡 July Naples Market Highlights:
• Closed sales ↑ 14.5% year over year
• Inventory ↓ 21% to 4,415 properties
• Months of supply fell from 8.7 to 5.8 months
• Overall median sale price ↑ 2.6% to $590,000
• Single-family median price ↑ 12.9% to $745,000
• New listings ↑ 8.1%

And the Naples luxury market is making an especially strong statement. July recorded 10 sales above $10 million, including three exceeding $20 million. In the Naples Beach area, single-family sales jumped 37.5%, while the median sale price climbed 31.6% to $2.5 million.

The takeaway? Naples remains a balanced market, but declining inventory and stronger sales are creating a noticeable shift. Accurate pricing matters for sellers, while buyers may want to pay attention as available inventory continues to tighten.
